We are Gerti, Greta and Günther Steiner, and we’re delighted to welcome you to Villa Steiner! You’ll quickly notice that we’ve expressed our (and, in particular, Günther’s) story and his huge passion for Formula 1 here.
Born in Meran and at home in the world – this is the best way to describe Günther. He developed his passion for fast cars as a child, always accompanying his father to the legendary Mendel races, where he experienced motorsports first-hand. Soon after, he turned this passion into his profession. He – and thus both of us – were drawn abroad, where he pursued an international career as a motorsport engineer. Former team principle of the Haas Formula 1 racing team.
Since Günther has left the Haas Formula 1 team in December 2023 after 10 eventful years, instead of taking a well-deserved break, he is busier than ever. As an expert for the German TV station RTL, writing a second book, touring the world with his show "Unfiltered" and recently entering MotoGP racing whit the acquisition of the Tech 3 team.
Also, Günther's dream has come true: he´s opened a restaurant in his hometown Meran and he's looking forward to your visit.

We live in the US, but every year, we spend the summer and Christmas in our home town of Meran.
